Realtor Research and Recommendations
Having the right professionals on hand to walk you through major life transitions makes all the difference in the world. We can provide referrals to well-suited Realtors to manage the sale of any type of home.
We can arrange an estate sale or, depending on the scope of what needs to be liquidated, refer you to the right professional to do so.
We can make arrangements for donations to be picked up by the appropriate organizations.
Home Sale Preparation
Preparing a home for the market entails having it thoroughly cleaned and decluttered, as well as making any necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements—all of which we can skillfully arrange for our clients.
Junk Company Scheduling
Some items may no longer have any value or may simply be unusable, and for this inventory, we can arrange a junk removal service.
Alternately, some valuable household items and belongings may best be handled by an auctioneer, and we can set this up for you.
Some items, particularly large ones, may need to be shipped, perhaps to relatives who do not live nearby. We can take care of making sure these items are shipped properly and with care.
